Our reed diffusers are designed to safely fragrance your space when used as intended. Please follow the guidance below to ensure safe and effective use.
Reed Diffuser Safety
Reed diffusers contain fragrance oils which should be handled with care.
Please follow these guidelines:
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing
- Do not ingest the liquid
- If liquid comes into contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water
- If liquid gets into eyes, rinse carefully with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists
If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
Placement
To avoid damage to surfaces, always place your diffuser:
- On a stable surface
- Away from delicate, polished or painted surfaces
- On a protective tray or coaster if necessary
Fragrance oils may damage certain materials if spilled.
Spills
In the event of a spill:
- Clean immediately using a cloth or paper towel
- Avoid allowing the oil to remain on surfaces
Spilled fragrance oil may stain or damage surfaces.
Use & Care
For best results:
- Insert the reeds into the diffuser bottle
- Allow reeds to absorb the fragrance oil
- Flip reeds every 3–7 days to refresh the scent
Wash hands after handling reeds.
Fire Safety
Although reed diffusers do not use a flame, they should still be kept away from:
- open flames
- heat sources
- direct sunlight
Allergies & Sensitivities
Our fragrances contain perfume oils which may cause irritation in some individuals.
If irritation occurs:
- discontinue use
- ventilate the area
People with fragrance sensitivities should use caution.
